Executone Medley Voice mail issues

Customer transfers incoming calls to a voice mail box. After the caller listens to outgoing recording, callers are then transferred to the auto attendant.
Callers are unable to leave messages in individual mail boxes?

In most VM systems you can set the individual mailbox to take message, or play a greeting then take message or play greeting then transfer to ... I'd check the mailbox options.
