Executone Medley Phone System hard drive-Any way to backup

I have an Executone Medley phone system and I want to backup the
drive in case it dies. Windows based computers do not see the drive in bios so I no windows based 'clone' software will work.
A manufacturer of drive cloning stand-a-lone hardware told me that their hardware won't see it if a computer's bios won't either.

Anyone have any ideas

I have no idea about the drive in question but have you tried it in a Linux system?

it stands a better chance as Linux understands many more disk formats than Windoze (& on at leas one machine I had recognized a drive that the bios would not support).

Cloanzilla is a good chioce for this as it will boot direct from a cd
