Not very familiar with this voicemail. Is there a way to restrict extensions from being called through the automated attendant? Maybe change class of service to not allow transfers to those extensions?

wspence,
I looked it up in the book and couldn't find anything in class of service or auto attendant programming that would block an extension from being dialed. Possibly if you were using an auto attendant that forced dial by name and you left the mailbox with no name that might work. I've never had a system where they didn't want to be dialed through the auto attendant. I know that on the Nortel PBX dialing an extension can be blocked. Hope this helps in some way.
