"Executive override". This feature is used in Philips equipment.
I´m refering to intercalation by operator console.

From a Philips user guide
"5.2. Executive Override
If you encounter a busy extension, you can interrupt the conversation and talk to the
required person (also known as break-in or intrude)
- Press the “OVERRIDE” feature key or the E-OVR soft key.
Interrupted parties receive a warning tone and a three-way conference is
established."
