I know about the Run key in the registry to execute files upon startup, but is there a way to execute files on shutdown using the same method?

Thanks,

T

There is a free utility from called LastChance. I have not used that but I know the company has been around a while and I do like their FileSync program.

You could run some sort of logoff script on the computer that excutes when you logoff. You will be able to call the files from the script that you require to run on shutdown.
