Executing Custom Service on TDA50 w/ TVA to screen telemarketers?

So I realize I need to create a custom service to screen incoming calls. (I.e., If you are not a telemarketer press #1)
What I don't know is how to execute it. I've created it in the Custom Service builder, but can anyone tell what parameters should be configured to have it pick up immediately, and transfer the call as normally once #1 is pressed?

That is done in port settings and sellect custom service you setup
If #1 is a group or extension number it will call it when pressed

On the system you have to point the phone number to the voicemail system
