Executing a PPS

HI,
I try to execute a PPS on a PC with a ATI WONDER Video Card. The system must work on the PC screen and the PPS must execute to a second Screen, (RCA)connect to an RF Modulator to make an internal Community Channel. But when i'm start the PPS, it's execute to main display. I want to make display 2 (RCA)the outlet for PPS, and remain the display 1 to work on PC, without interference with the RCA Out. ( Notice: I see a system like that work on another site, but i did'nt installed it )

I don't really think this is where you want to be asking this question. Try looking for a computer hardware forum or maybe even "hand-helds" forum.

I would suggest first going to this forum:

That forum would probably have people reading who would have some thoughts or information on this type of setup, I would think.
