execute query every 2 hours

I need to execute a script every 2 hours. I'm looking for a clean way to do this without the system being tied down.

 
Look at scheduled tasks.

I missed the advanced settings step. When I first looked I thought I was going to have to have a new task for every 2nd hour. Thanks
