Hi!!

I'm trying to execute an external program when a trigger occurs, but I've run into a problem.

I've been able to define a 'C' function which executes when the trigger occurs, but I don't know how to execute the external program from this 'C' function. I tried with the instruction 'system' but it doesn't seem to work.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanls.

I know of at least one easy way to execute an external function with a trigger: install Perl as a language handler in 'untrusted' mode. ( This means you have full access to any of Perl's functionality, including its ability to execute system commands, handle return codes, network functions, etc... -------------------------------------------
