Execute DTS Package in Proc

Hello - I am facing another issue. There is a web page that is used to run a proc that executes some code and puts some files on the server. Now the files are created and placed on the server via a DTS package. So I created a job to run the package and execute that job in the proc. Anyway, the job fails. Is it possible to pass credentials to the job so it will run? I am certain it's a permissions issue, but I am not sure how to work around it.
