Does anyone know if a Unix System which is on the same network as a Windows PC can execute a command on the Windows PC. I have Informatica Running on Unix, when it has finished doing what it wants we want the Unix system to execute a DOS Script on the windows PC, is this possible?

if the telnet server is running on the windows machine, it is possible ... comes with 2000 and XP

it might be possible if you can talk to the RPC interface as well ...

but in general i don't know of any other way to get a windows PC to run a command from unix.

You can try openssh or cygwin on the windows box and use expect on the unix box.
