I'm trying to execute a batch file using VBScript what command can I use?

I'm going to borrow these words from cfneumann;

I think you ended up in the wrong forum, this is dBASE Plus not VBScript!

New to dbase plus. When I go to file/open and then athe name of the file in the subdirectory--c:\maildata\abc.dbf I get a Program Alert that says : Error: Command too large. When I ask it to FIX, it says "Contains line longer than maximum of 4096 characters. I've used dbase IV for dos for 15 years now. I'm not looking to learn programming--just a way to manipulate files. Any help out there?

barrmel,

Why don't you repost your question in this forum.
Then you can name the subject title something that gives a hint to your topic.
