Executable size grows dramatically

After compiling my code into an execuatable and after doing this a number of time the execuatable file size grows dramatically without adding forms, reports, or sugnificate amount of code. It appears I can restore an old copy of the project file and place the forms / etc. that were not in that version and reduce the size. What is causing this and is there any easy way to remove this effect?

As discussed before, try opening the Project and picking 'Clean up Project' from the menu - before compiling. You may also want to open individual classes in the class browser and choose 'Clean Up Class Library'. Or just open the class (.VCX) or form (.SCX) as a table exclusive and do a PACK.
