I hope someone can help me. Every day at 3:00 pm our phone system "resets" it self. If your on a call it will drop it, but a second later if you make a call its works. Our phone system is through this switchboard. If you look at the screen at 3:00 when it resets it looks like the screen is just refreashing itself. Like I said it only lasts a couple seconds. Can someone please help me?

Have done some work on this system, I believe there is a setting, perhaps in the maint section that can be set to do an automatic reset

How would I get to that screen?

Would that be in the system programming menu?

Your clock is 12 hours off. System is likely programmed to restart every morning at 3am. Fix the clock and trouble will go away.
