hey, does anyone know how to use: ExecProgram
in c++. what #include do i have to declare and
whats the syntax?

ExecProgram() is not a Win API function: it lives only in a sample code from MSDN articles about AVI palaying. It uses CreateProcess(), of couse (search ExecProgram in MSDN).
