exec format error

Hello,
I have recently had to rebuild a 7012 running 3.2.5 after a hd crash. The AIX system restored OK, however when I try to execute the accounting program (p21) I get a "exec format error" & "p21exec not configured in ksh". Any ideas?

HI,
Is your accounting program an executable or a script ?
if a script , does it call other programs within it and do they exist on your system after the restore. Are all PATHS , environment variables declared .

does a simple program/script work i.e.
#!/bin/ksh
/usr/bin/ls -l
