Exec Direct Dial DN not forwarding to voicemail 1

Executive has direct dial number, if he's on that extension, it rings busy, rather than rolling over to his other extension and forwarding to voicemail

Already setup. Problem started when we changed him from a 3903 phone to a 3904. I used my TN to copy, and I'm not having the same problem....so, I'm confused.

Why don't you post the TN? maybe you have your internal calls and external calls going to different places or something. or you have the wrong TN MARP'd. Post the phone printout and i'll see if i can figure it out.

Does his extension appear on another phone (like a secy's)? If so, check the MARP to see if it is on that phone or your exec's. May be following programming on another phone--

retype his key 0 and when you're prompted for MARP type the word YES. Do the same for key 1. that makes his TN the MARP TN.

When I retype the key and put in:

key 0 scr 7688 (hit enter)

the system skips MARP and stops and CPND

I would remove his exts from the secretary's phone, which will then automatically make his TN the MARP TN. Then when you put them back on secretary's phone at the MARP prompt type NO. should work. by the way, this phone you printed forward no answers to 7776 but hunts to 777. I think you mistyped the HUNT. Reenter hunt as 7776.
