I have a website and I would like to have visitors able to click on a link and have a .exe file run. How do I do this?

A 1/2 empty glass + 1/2 empty glass = 1 empty glass.

It would depend on what the .EXE file is and where it is stored but most browsers will not allow anything to run locally. Imagine what would happen if you gave a link to FORMAT_MY_DRIVE.EXE.
