.exe from accpac issue

Currently Running Accpac 5.2A.
Pervaisive Engine
Windows XP Desktop
Windows 2003 Server

I have a custom application running from inside of accpac. I wrote it in VB6. It works on all users machines except for the one. I have a feeling its somthing to do with the users system. Any ideas where to look?

I have:
1) Logged on with the user's Accpac profile on another machine and it worked.
2) Made sure the user was pathed properly to the server and shared drive.
3) Went as far as making the User an administrator on both the workstation and the server.

Your thoughts?

If you have added an OCX form to a VB form then I guess you need to delete the *.EXD files in the TEMP folder.
