excute a script

How can I write a script using other executing script in it.
"ksh +x /etlv/dfS/wo7/script/FTPPOPINTer.sh bbm2 bloter\\\intatch bz@sc12 /Peoft /etl/BO/wo_07/stang mput abc4* POToIntos N"

I want to use the above script in other script and excute it.
