Exctracting foreign key DDL via DBMS_METADATA

Does anyone have an example of how to use DBMS_METADATA to extract the DDL for all the foreign keys in a schema?

Failing that, does anyone have a routine to extract FK DDL without DBMS_METADATA?

I have googled and searched tek tips, with no useful results thus far.
