Exclusive access to a drive

Getting errors when trying to create a ghost image of a drive that say: the operating system or another process has exclusive access to this drive.

Anyone got a fix for this?

Boot the PC from a DOS boot disk, USB key or CD then run Ghost.exe.

Alternatively, boot PC using BartPE CD and run Ghost32.exe from within Windows environment.

Either way, the hard disk will not be locked for exclusive access.
