Greetings to you all.

I have a 3300 with a PRI and Auto Attendant configured such that it answers call within the first ring.
I need to exclude the last 10 channels from Auto Attendant (AA). I need to direct these 10 channels to a separate Ring Group so they should not go through the AA.

How do I exclude these 10 channels from the AA?

Help with detailed info.

Thanks.

If you will be ignoring the inbound dialed digits and terminating to a specific DN for ALL channels then you can modify the trunk service descriptor to absorb all digits and insert the destination DN.

I have given the 10 channels in question their own Trunk service Assignment terminating to the Ring Group as the Answer Point for DAy, NS1 & NS2. I have also matched this Trunk Service Assignment in their Digital Trunks Form.

The incoming calls keep going to the AA. These 10 channels have been assigned their own telephone number by the Service Provider.

Where am I getting Lost?

PRI channels do not have ringing and do not follow the day night routing.

I said to absorb the digits and insert new ones. You will find those options in the same form.
