Exclusion Avaya 8.1

We have admins that have bridged appearances of their supervisor's and we have auto exclusion set up in the core and a exclusion button on their set. When the Boss is off hook on a call they can still break into the conversation? Any Ideas on how to set up privacy.

Does the supervisor's COS have auto exclusion and station have the exclusion button? That phone needs the exclusion button more than the admins.

Also, look under system parameters features for the automatic exclusion by COS setting.

The Supervisor does have the exclusion button which lights up when he goes off hook it is also in the class of service. Anyone with the Bridged appearance can still break in
