Is it possible to select certain hunt groups and exclude them from call logs? I know you can do this for missing incoming hunt group calls, but can you do it for outgoing hunt group calls? Alternatively, can you exclude any calls that were dial paging from a call log? the reason I ask is that we have a hunt group with every extension and paging speakers setup to be used for paging. Each phone has a soft button set to page to this number. However, since paging this hunt group goes into the call log, I've had users pickup their handset to make a call and if the page was the last number they called and their call log is up on their display, the phone calls every extension in the building simultaneously when the user lifts the handset.
