Excluding specific file from realtime scanning

I have a foxpro database that I need to exclude from realtime scanning in InoculateIT 6.0.96. Servers NT 4.0 and clients Win 98. I have excluded all foxpro extensions, directories and process (all excutables). However, there is one file it creates c:\windows\temp\fhexpand.zip and that files needs to be excluded too. When I exclude the entire directory or all zip files, everything works fine. However, I cannot exlude all zip files from being realtime scanning so I am looking to exclude only the fhexpand.zip. Any advice would be helpful because CA has not been any help so far.
