Hello,
I have created a report that requires me to subtract one date from another; Example the difference between 20th March 2013 and 25th March 2013 is 5 days. However i want the answer to be 3 days. I want to exclude saturdays and sundays from the formula. Does anyone know teh formula to use. Want i have now is something like (t_scheddate - P_receiptdate).

Ken Hamady's site ([link]http://kenhamady.com/) is a wealth of useful information on Crystal Reports and I would thoroughly recommend familiarising yourself with it.

His formula for dealing with this can be found here: [link]http://kenhamady.com/form01.shtml)

Hope this helps.

His formula for dealing with this issue (and public holidays which you will probably also want to take into account) can be found here: [link]http://kenhamady.com/form01.shtml

Hope this helps

Apologies for double post - got an error message both times and assumed it hadn't worked.
