Hi Guys,

I have a query in it with various criteria in it, but I need to exclude records based on a criteria. E.G. If the RejectReasons field has the word "Duplicate" do not show that record.

I've got a feeling that this is either really easy or really hard / impossible - anyone give me a hand?!

Thanks,

Steve.

Hi
Do you mean as in:
[tt]"Where [RejectReason] <> 'Duplicate'"[/tt]
Or had you something more complicated in mind? :)

Have you tried

Not Like "*Duplicate*"

on the criteria line. That may be all you need.

Hi Paul / Remou,

Thanks for your replies. The Not Like "Duplicate" works fine, but it also stops the query from showing the null entries too.

Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Steve

Not Like "Duplicate" Or Is Null

Hope This Helps, PH.
