Excludes/Includes - Im sure youve heard it before

I have a drive with 5 folders on it. I want to back up all but 1 of the folders.

The folders (lets pretend) Folder1, Folder2, Folder3, Folder 4, Folder 5

Wouldnt this work? Is it the most efficient way?

Exclude.dir E:\
Include "E:\Folder4\...\*"
Include "E:\Folder3\...\*"
Include "E:\Folder2\...\*"
Include "E:\Folder1\...\*"

Thank you for your help. I have just taken over this duty and TSM has a steep learning curve.

to

exclude "E:\...\*"
