I keep getting the following error

"Final error: 0xe000fe6f - An error occurred while retrieving the Microsoft Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) data directory. The WMI repository could not be backed up.
Final error category: Other Errors"

I read and followed article Document ID: 276742. I have windows 2003/2003 servers. I want to know is it safe to due a exclusion for all backup jobs of the WMI to avoid this problem?

Also I use the following steps to exclude items Edit --> Edit Select List --> Excludes. In the path would I put "C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\WBEM" and leave *.* for the file?
