Exclude suppressed data in Subtotal

When data is suppressed/hidden by a certain condition,
my Subtotal still gives all my data instead of not-including the suppressed data.
How can I solve this in the Subtotal-formula ??

"suppress" does just that, it does not process the report as if the data was removed.

Are these suppress section ever going to be drill downs, or do you not want the information at all?
