How do I exclude names from appearing on the Corporate Directory?

The only way I know of doing this is by removing them from the Employee Selector screen in OTM.

Here is how some management types might solve the problem:

* Put in a suggestion to reduce staff.

* Lay off the those that you don't want in the directory.

* Put in for a bonus because of the labor savings.

* Put in for a bonus because for solving the directory problem.

* Get a promotion for being so bold and insightful.

* Switch companies after 6 months before those that got stuck with the extra work had time to retaliate.

MJ, you are certainly, positively CEO material. (or possibly California Governor material)

PaulDS, I was afraid this might be the solution, Thanx

Thanks Paul,

Much appreciated. I'm sorry to say that I didn't file an application. I work in an industry that is heavily regulated by the state of CA so, I didn't apply out of fear that Gray will win and then try to get even.

If you don't live in CA, you're missing out on a lot of good laughs. As a matter of fact, I'm trying to advocate a pay-per-view to raise money for CA and MN. The "Governor Matches". Jesse "The Body" Ventura (MN) against Arnold "The Terminator" Schwarzenegger. Imagine how much money that would raise for each state?

Back to your problem. Another idea. Do you want to list them in the CLID but not the Corporate Directory? I suspect the C.D. is derived from CLID. You could remove them from the CLID and they would probably disappear.

-or-

Could you list them by job title rather than by proper name? That way it solves some (but not all) of the problem.
