Hello,

I have a few polycom speaker phones that travel around my org and get unplugged frequently which set off an alarm.

The devices are IP and the alarm type is 'warning' - is there a way to have it NOT trigger an alarm when its unplugged.

Thanks!

don't worry about warning alarms, you will always get them. I would be more concerned with a minor or major alarm.

I understand they are not as important then others. I could let them sit there and get emails and other alerts about them but why?

There has to be a way besides killing the station to not have it alarm.

Looking forward to having a real answer still! Thanks all.

if your alarm activation is set to minor and major you will receive no emails,

How about

??

I had to reset system 4 to see the alarms immediately fall off, but I'd imagine they'd disappear within a day or two otherwise.
