exchnage 5.5 email signatures

Does anybody know how to attach an email signature to all outgoing email using exchange? I know you can configure outlook to have a signature, but this would mean configuring everybodies outlook. can this be done via the exchange settings?
any help much appreicated

Can you not just creat a public template for all users to use which contains this sig?

all i know is you have to create the form / template through outlook and then publish it try the outlook help file!


i think you have to publish the form in the standard forms / public forms library

This is a regular question in this forum - search back for signature or template and you should find the hyperlink to the MS site for the 2 dlls and the help file on adding sigs to all outbound emails.
