I have a SBS 2000 server with Exchange 2000. I am trying to stop certain users from sending and receiving external mail. I have stopped the users from receiving external mail by setting the delivery restriction for the user in their exchange general properties to only accept messages from an internal group. However, the users can still send external messages. I went to the Exchange system manager and edited the properties of the SMTP connector to reject messages from the particular users but the messages still went out. Can anyone offer some advice??
