Exchange5.5 rebuild and need your help!

Hi,please help me!

My exchange5.5 server just died. I have full back of exchsrvr directory. How do I do the mail server rebuild. If I install exchange5.5 on a new box and then load exchsrvr directory from the tape, is this going to work? Please help me! Since I am rookie, please send me the detail instructions. Thank you very much!

I tested our disaster recovery and the only issue is that the permissions need to be restored on the Information Store Pub and Priv .edb otherwise the backup software was doing its job.
