When i try to run SP3 on our Exchange Server 5.5, It does not runs completely, that is it patches all except some files, does any one knows if there is a different kind of SP3 for Exchange 5.5 Enterprise Edition?
Please help.

You might try to take down the Exchange service first and perhaps your backup before the upgrade. I've had a similar problem and my fix was to uninstall the virus protection.

I also think that you might try a laterst pack for your NT also.
