Exchange2000 installation and forestprep

I just redid a 2000 server and trying to get Exchange back on it again. I have done this before but for some reason going through some stupid mistakes. First of all i usually run /forestprep option before initially installing exchange but for some reason i get the you do not have rights or AD is currently busy. I know you have to install as Administrator originally but i am logged in as Admin. Any ideas?

Well, did you try as Administrator? Maybe Admin is lacking rights. If the answer is here, mark it, others can benefit from it too.
