Hi,

I chose not to install exchange server during setup of sbs2003.

Is it possible to install it afterwards?

Yes. You would just go into Add/Remove programs and choose the Microsoft Small Business Server item and choose Remove/Change. It will run the SBS setup again and you can add the Exchange option. It doesn't really run the full setup, just the component selection section.
