Exchange/windows mobile issue.

We deployed an exchange 2003 server for a client. They were on a local domain. Our tech installed exchange on the local domain. It's basically being used for them to share calendars, etc. They have two desktops, one laptop and a windows mobile device. There is a record on their site (wm.theirsite.com) that points to the exchange server. The phone will synchronize fine, downloads all contacts and email. The next day it shows no mail in the inbox and when trying to synchronize it gives an activesync error 0x85010014 - which has a number of fixes. I end up deleting the mail account on the phone, shutdown the phone(not restart) then turn it back on and then recreate the mail account and it syncs ok. I've done this about 3 times now. Any ideas?
