Problem: only 1 person in this organization is not getting email from the POP3. I do not know how to check Exchange to see if the database or the mailbox is intact. i have no knowledge of how to troubleshoot. Ive just been trying to setup a new account from scratch using new NT+Exchange account and re-adding pop3 mailbox. I set myself up after him and i dont have problems getting email. if anyone can tell me which utilities to run and possible switches i'd really appreciate it.
