Exchange UM & Avaya IP500 UMS

We have setup out Exchange 2007 & Avaya IP500 to intergrate via UMS.

We have got it working in the fact that the voicemail comes through to email with the embedded media player

But

The Play on phone does not work, some PC's get hte Dial Box, which tries to dial,status says connecting but nothing happens and on other PC's they get

The Microsoft Unified Messaging Service cannot be contacted,
