Exchange to Sendmail Migration

In an effort to head towards more simplicity and stability, I am moving off the windows server platform and heading to FreeBSD. I have gotten my website completely moved over and now I'm working on the email. I have sendmail working properly... but I have a couple of Exchange email boxes that I want to transfer the mail out of and put on the UNIX server. Anyone know a good way to go about doing this? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks so much.

P.S. - In case anyone needs to know, this is an Exchange 5.5 server... and I have moved to the latest version of FreeBSD and sendmail. Thanks again!
