Exchange Tips and Tricks?

Does anyone have good sites they've found that describe implementations that help in administering and getting the most out of Exchange?

One I'm trying to work on, how do I share common contacts? We have a company that we've purchased that still has addresses under a different domain name. I would like to be able to add their address to our global address list and distribution groups so that they get copies of all company wide e-mail. I.E. - we are [users@xyz.com] and want to include [users@abc.com] in our lists, etc. so that everyone at xyz.com and e-mail abc.com without having to pass around contact info and everyone put it in place.

You can add a custom recipients for the abc people and include their email address in the setup. Only problem is that if the list of users change, you have to manually update it.

The custom recipient name will be in your Global Address Book and you can add them to groups.

I know I can do that, I have xyz.com and 123.com served on the server for all inbound and outbound. Want I'm trying to do is add outgoing addresses that I don't serve, yet.

Therefore when the company managers, etc. want to e-mail a few employees at abc.com, they want me to keep a 'contact' list available in the global address list, rather than them having to add a group of addresses to their individual contacts. Jason Wilder
