We installed Exch2003 in and existing exch5.5 site. Everything during the install went as planned and matched our expectations based on ur test environment. We used 'Exdeploy.hta" to guide the install and all seemed well.
When we attempted to move mailboxes from Exch5.5 to Exch2003 using the System Manager it failed, writing the following in the XML log for each failed user...

We rolled the whole migration back to the start, concerned that the log entiries from 'Exdelpoy.log' indicated a replication problem between our two AD controllers.
We removed the second DC (pre MS instructions) - we suspected as the source of the problem - and restarted.We then repeated the migration to the same point as before. This time we only moved 4 mailboxes. They failed to move with similar issues reported in the XML log.
We then tried to move the next set of users, this time found that the Exchange Tasks window is blank. I can't export to .pst, look at the Exhcange svr or anything.
Any thoughts? We need help.
