I need to task the help desk with monitoring exchange system. I created an AD account and gave it view only admin right to the exchange org. When I login as the user and open exchange admin then go to Monitoring--->status I get the following error:

We have a mixed env 5.5 and 2003. The machine I am logged into is XP. We don't want to give this account any more rigths. Any suggestions would be appreciated
