Exchange Store Service not responding

HI,

I get " Exchange Store Service not responding" while trying to perform a back of the IS-DS. All other data is backed up fine.

All suggestions appreciated.

Mike,

The first place I would check is the permissions. Other than that make sure that you have the exchange agent installed. If that does'nt work try uninstalling Veritas a reinstalling it. I had that problem about a year ago and no one could help me with it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and in instantly started working.
