Hi all, I've done a little bit of research into this, but I'm a bit pushed for time (I have to have a business proposal for Monday!!)
Background: We are running Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 with a user base of 2500+ using Outlook 2003.
Basically what the business wants is to have a standard signature that the users can't change. Sounds easy, but I just can't find the best solution.
Ideally I would it would be applied server side and pull the details from AD, but that doesn't seem like a viable option unless I use something like Exclaimer Mail Utilities or MAPILab Disclaimers for Exchange.
Now the spanner is that we are implementing Exchange 2010 in about 2 months; would it still be beneficial to use one of these programs, or use what Exchange 2010 has natively?
…and as always, cost is an issue.
Can someone please let me know if this is even the best\easiest way to do this?
Many thanks in advance.
