Exchange Shared Folders with Workoffline

Hy all

Our users are in Outllok 2000 based on Exchange 5.5 and they are all working in offline mode (OST files). They are doing synchronisations to retieve their updates from the server mailbox.
A lot of them are using shared contact and calendars. This feature is only available when they are working in connect mode.
Does anybody know how to get other users calendars available when working in offline mode ????
