We have decided to share all of our staff calendars with al domain users. Does anyone know if we can set something globally on the server to share everyone's calendar with all domain users?

We are currently asking all users to share their calendars with everyone but this is not ideal.

have you tried making a group that has everyone a member of it, then just giving permission to the group?

not sure it it will work but worth a chance

I believe a distribution list (yes I know that is a group of sorts) would work. Just add all the users to it and make it visible in the GAL. Not sure if a Query Based Distribution List would work or not though.

Be careful to restrict who can send to the DL though if you are worried about people sending stupid messages to everyone by mistake.
